您好! 我在重新申请学生573签证时出了问题,因为我的前一个573签证过期后(2009年9月30日),由于个人原因没有及时续签,今年4月申请的过桥签证回到中国.
现在在申请573签证时,签证官回复我：
You do not satisfy public interest criterion 4014 in Schedule 4 of the Migration Regulations 1994 because you have applied within 3 years of having left Australia in circumstances where at the time of departure you held a Bridging E visa granted more than 28 days after your TU 573 had ceased. you apply again after 21/04/2013 or
• you provide information that:
• there are compelling circumstances affecting the interests of Australia; or
• there are compelling or compassionate circumstances affecting the interests of an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. 请问我该再提供什么资料可以使我获得新的学生签证？（我已拿到并呈递给签证官2011年2月的COE和Health cover）
